CERTIFICATES AND TRANSCRIPTS REQUEST FORM

Official academic transcripts are produced by the Admissions Office for all students who are currently enrolled at Western College or who have been enrolled in the past.

To request transcripts, students should:

Complete and submit the on-line Transcript Request Form below.
Students can also contact the school by mail, fax, or phone to request a transcript.

Be sure to indicate on your form (under the section Send to Alternate Location) if you prefer to have your transcripts held for pick up or sent to an alternate location.
Office hours at Western College are Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:15pm.
