Career Planning & Preparation
The Computer Service Technician program is designed for students wishing to embark on a career in the Information Technology industry. The objective is to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to service computer systems in a standalone or networked environment and to support users on these systems. Students will study the theory of computer systems and operating systems and develop expertise with the most commonly used office programs.
Industry and vendor certifications have become a benchmark used by employers in the hiring process.
